Data we process
Enquiries may include your name, email, optional company/phone, chosen service, indicative budget/timing and message. Servers and security mechanisms may process IP addresses, timestamps and technical request information.
Purposes and legal bases
Responding and preparing a proposal rely on requested pre-contractual steps (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Security, abuse prevention and documenting claims rely on legitimate interests (6(1)(f)), balanced against individual rights. Legal obligations rely on 6(1)(c). Optional analytics and advertising require consent (6(1)(a)).
Recipients and protection
Only authorised personnel and hosting, email and technical support providers receive access where necessary. We do not sell enquiry details. If Turnstile is enabled, Cloudflare processes technical data to prevent abuse.
Google Analytics
When configured and permitted, GA4 records device/browser information, approximate location, acquisition source, page journeys, interactions, scrolling and engagement. The .gr and .eu sites are measured separately. We do not send names, email addresses, messages, field values or passwords. There is no screen or keystroke recording.
Transfers outside the EEA
Google, Cloudflare or other contracted providers may process data outside the EEA. Where required, GDPR safeguards apply, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. Further information can be requested through the contact form.
Retention
Enquiries are retained to manage communication and any resulting relationship, then only as necessary for legal obligations or documenting claims. Criteria include purpose, enquiry progress and applicable limitation periods. Cookie choices last up to 180 days. Analytics data follows the relevant GA4 property retention settings.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and, where applicable, portability or object to processing. Withdraw consent in Cookie settings without affecting earlier lawful processing. We normally respond within one month under the GDPR and may require proportionate identity verification.
